1 pound boneless chicken breasts
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons

flavor burst 1 drop black pepper vitality essential oil

1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded

flavor burst 3 drops lemon vitality essential oil

Combine dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth.

Preheat a grill or pan to medium/high. In a small bowl,combine a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and one drop of black pepper essential oil. Rub chicken breasts with the mixture, and cook on each side 2-4 minutes or until chicken's internal temperature is 165° F. Neatly slice chicken breasts and set aside.

Toss together salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. Lay hot sliced chicken breasts across the top of the salad.

Serve with the homemade dressing.
